What sleep concerns can look like.
Sleep concerns can show up as trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up tired, even after a full night in bed. Poor sleep can affect mood, focus, and health, and make days feel harder. Your evaluation helps clarify the picture and the plan, so care can look at the whole picture — stress, habits, mood, health, and routines — and build a plan to support healthier, more restful sleep, at a pace that fits you.
How care works here.
Care begins with a full clinical evaluation — your history, symptoms, health, functioning, and goals. Together you and your provider talk through your options and agree on a personalized plan, explained in plain language. Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate, with monitoring, education, and adjustments as needed. Follow-up appointments check what is working and adjust the plan when it is not. Care looks at the whole person — sleep, stress, habits, relationships, routines, and what you want life to look like. Your voice counts in every decision.
What to expect at your first appointment.
Your first appointment is a thorough evaluation. You will discuss your history, symptoms, health, functioning, and goals, then talk through options together and agree on a personalized plan. Follow-up appointments focus on progress, questions, and next steps.
