Brain Bridge Psychiatry, LLC was founded on a simple belief: you deserve care that listens.

Keesha Hamilton-Fowler, PMHNP-BC

Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Founder, Brain Bridge Psychiatry, LLC

Keesha Hamilton-Fowler is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized, evidence-based mental health care. At Brain Bridge Psychiatry, she creates a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.

Her holistic approach considers how physical health, emotional experiences, relationships, culture, and daily habits influence mental well-being. She works collaboratively with each client to develop a treatment plan that reflects their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Keesha provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related symptoms, sleep difficulties, and other mental health concerns. She has a particular interest in women’s mental health, including challenges related to pregnancy, the postpartum period, and life transitions.

Life transitions can change routines, relationships, sleep, and stress in ways that affect mood and focus, and care can include talking through those changes, building coping skills, and reviewing how a plan is working over time. Keesha Hamilton-Fowler works with clients to understand what has changed, what feels most difficult in daily life, and what kind of support would be most helpful to discuss together.

Through convenient telepsychiatry appointments, Keesha helps clients understand their symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward improved well-being. Her goal is to build a trusting therapeutic partnership that empowers each person to participate actively in their care.

In practice, that partnership means taking time to understand how symptoms show up in daily life, at work, at home, and in relationships, and how physical health, sleep, stress, and daily habits may be part of the picture. A plan is then discussed in plain language, so options and questions can be talked through together before any next step is decided. Readers can learn more about psychiatric evaluations, medication and your plan, and whole-person care, and about the full range of services offered by Brain Bridge Psychiatry.
