Wellness & Life Coaching
Day-to-day guidance for steadier habits — sleep, stress, routines, and resilience that actually last — shaped around your values, your circumstances, and what steadiness looks like for you.
What life coaching includes
- Goal-setting and accountability, shaped by your values and circumstances.
- Whole-person guidance — health, lifestyle, relationships, environment, and daily habits as part of the plan.
- Ongoing check-ins to keep progress steady and realistic.
Who it is for
Adults who want practical, forward-looking support for balance and well-being — whether alongside psychiatric care or as a standalone path toward healthier routines and steadier days.
Life coaching can be useful when daily life feels busy, uneven, or hard to sustain, even when no single problem stands out. It focuses on practical, forward-looking steps rather than on diagnosis or treatment. Some people use life coaching alongside psychiatric care, while others use it as a standalone way to build steadier routines. Coaching conversations can help clarify what matters most to you, what small changes may be realistic, and how to keep progress going when life changes.
What to expect at your first appointment
Coaching starts with where you are: your routines, stressors, sleep, habits, and goals. You will set clear, achievable steps together and review progress at each check-in, adjusting the plan as life changes.
In life coaching, the first conversation is about understanding your current routines and what you would like to change, in plain language. You can talk through sleep, stress, daily habits, and support at home or at work, and agree on steps that fit your time and energy. Check-ins provide a regular chance to review what worked, what felt difficult, and what to adjust next. For general public information about health and well-being, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provides general health information.
